Exporting Particle Data

The particle editor provides the possibility to export the detected particles as a CSV file which can be read by spreadsheet software such as ExcelTM. You have several options to narrow down the list of particles: you can (de)select the classes of particles, and you can specify limits for the size, the relevance and the similarity which must be exceeded for the inclusion into the exported list of particles. Further you can export the raw data instead of the scaled data by activating the "export unscaled raw data" checkbox. Parameters of the raw data are always based on pixels as x- and y-coordinates.

Hint: Please note that the separator of CSV files might be different, depending on the language of your operating system. You can select the proper CSV separator in the preferences dialog. Furthermore, the decimal point can be replaced by a comma as it is expected, for example, in German versions of ExcelTM.
