Import: SEM/EDX EDAX Genesis

SEM/EDX data are imported from a set of CSV files. This filter requires an import control file, for details please see the section on the import control file syntax.

How To:
  1. Click the command "File>Import Data/SEM>EDS EDAX Genesis"
  2. Click the button "Select SEM/EDX File" and select the control file to be imported
  3. Select the elements which are to be imported
  4. Optionally, enter a description of the sample
  5. Click the "Import Data" button
